The chocolate world of Swiss Master Chocolatier Philippe Pascoët is undoubtedly a story of taste and personality. An unusual career path for this self-taught pastry chef who has been passionate about pastry since the beginning. Then, as a matter of course, chocolate takes a main place in his creations. According to him, it is a noble material that everyone can explore in a thousand ways. He chooses to create his story according to his Breton origins. Traveling, meeting people and sharing his art, his only guideline is to “follow his instinct”. Already a visionary, he has a predilection for dark chocolate. For 20 years, his exclusively artisanal laboratory located in Carouge has been offering the inhabitants and visitors of the store the scent of chocolates. Over the years, between distinctions and awards, other stores opened their doors and his products travelled all over the world.
