The chocolate world of Swiss Master Chocolatier Philippe Pascoët is undoubtedly a story of taste and personality. An unusual career path for this self-taught pastry chef who has been passionate about pastry since the beginning. Then, as a matter of course, chocolate takes a main place in his creations. According to him, it is a noble material that everyone can explore in a thousand ways. He chooses to create his story according to his Breton origins. For 20 years, his exclusively artisanal laboratory located in Carouge has been offering the inhabitants and visitors of the store the scent of chocolates.
