Probably inspired by the hit Netflix series “The Queen’s Gambit”, brands like Giambattista Valli or even Dolce & Gabbana have included them in their collections. It can be worn in many ways. The checks are suitable for the most classic as well as the most daring among you. And why not try the total checkered look? A plaid suit pants with his blazer, we love it!
Stripes:
The most timeless print of all is back, this time revitalized and colored. Stripes come in all sizes: thin or maxi, the choice is yours! With bold and bright lines in every color of the rainbow, Dior, Louis Vuitton and Versace are among those who have chosen to give new life to this timeless print. We recommend pairing this trend with simple jeans or black pants.
Mix & match:
The mix & match was at the heart of Dolce & Gabbana’s SS21 collection, which adapted it to their Sicilian-inspired designs. Louis Vuitton and Missoni combined stripes with checks, for example. This spring 2021, we spot it mainly on maxi dresses presented by Gucci and Valentino. The floral print is ideal to associate with simpler and more sober clothes. Tie Dye:
The hottest print of summer 2020 was the Tie Dye, and it’s back in 2021! Dior and Stella McCartney are embracing this trend with chic, modern and even sporty looks. The Tie Dye trend combines many colors: subdued or bright. NOW suggests pairing Tie Dye with denim for a casual look.
