The Octo Finissimo is changing proportions. Presented at Watches & Wonders 2026, Bvlgari’s architectural icon now comes in a 37 mm diameter and houses a new ultra-thin manufacture movement offering a 72-hour power reserve.
More compact yet still instantly recognisable through its geometric lines, the watch gains even greater versatility. In titanium, it embraces an almost radical sense of understatement; in yellow gold, it becomes decidedly more precious without losing that characteristically Italian nonchalance.
A watch that can almost disappear against a simple T-shirt during the day, only to reclaim all its presence beneath the cuff of a jacket a few hours later.
Hermès H08 Squelette – Revealing the mechanics
With the H08 Squelette, Hermès offers a much more graphic interpretation of its sports watch. Its 42 mm case combines black DLC-treated titanium with a satin-finished ceramic bezel, while the open-worked dial reveals the manufacture H1978 S movement. It is available notably with black or Zanzibar blue rubber straps.
There is undoubtedly something sporty about its design, but without the aggressiveness often associated with the genre. The skeleton construction instead adds depth and an architectural dimension that shifts with the light.
Relaxed by day and almost mysterious after dark, the H08 perfectly illustrates this new generation of watches that no longer need to choose between performance and style.
Cartier Roadster – Back in motion
More than two decades after its original launch in 2002, the Roadster returns to the watchmaking scene.
Cartier retains the elements that defined its identity: a dial inspired by automotive instrumentation, a conical crown and fluid, dynamic lines. Yet the result feels surprisingly contemporary.

Inside, the manufacture TH20-01 calibre provides an 80-hour power reserve. But it is above all the balance between its motor-racing heritage and its new proportions that catches the eye.

The J12 reduces its proportions without losing any of its personality. Among Chanel’s latest releases, the watch now appears in a 28 mm size, notably in highly resistant white ceramic and steel, with a version accented by diamonds.
Originally inspired by the world of racing yachts, the J12 remains one of the House’s defining sports-watch signatures. Yet in this smaller diameter, its personality subtly changes: more delicate, more precious and almost jewel-like, while retaining the graphic strength of its white ceramic construction.
It has the effortless simplicity of a white sports watch in broad daylight, before taking on an entirely different character as its diamonds catch the last rays of light. A very Chanel way of blurring the line between sport and elegance.
Piaget Polo 79 Two-Tone – Gold without ceremony
In 2026, Piaget revisits one of the historic configurations of the Polo 79, combining rhodium-plated white gold with yellow gold.
