Before creating this concept in 2021, Laurence trained in a number of wellness disciplines and has been sharing her teachings since 2013 in a number of locations in Switzerland and Asia. Today, she offers a programme of practices in a variety of complementary disciplines, including Yin yoga, Restorative yoga, Myofascial self-massage, Yoga nidra and Sound bath.

The E.Boutique, meanwhile, offers a wide selection of activewear and lifestyle fashion for all movement activities and all genders, as well as natural cosmetics, sound therapy instruments and accessories specifically for yoga.
