Before opening the Garden Nest in 2021, Laurence trained in a number of wellness disciplines and has shared her teachings since 2013 in a number of locations in Switzerland and Asia. Today, she offers a program of courses in varied and complementary disciplines such as Yin yoga, Restorative yoga, Myofascial self-massage, Yoga nidra and Sound bath.

The Boutique offers a wide selection of activewear and lifestyle fashions for all genders, as well as natural cosmetics, sound therapy instruments and yoga-specific accessories. An inspired and conscious choice of trendy and ethical brands, some of which you’ll also find on the e-shop.
